In one of our latest projects in the Middle East, we designed a distinctive mineral water bottle. Our client had a clear vision for the design of the new bottle and was keen to share their ideas with us at every stage of the project.
We faced several technical challenges, from reducing weight to adding attractive decorations, to testing the bottle’s ability to withstand freezing, which is a common practice in the client’s country.
Thanks to the expertise of our engineers and our advanced laboratory in PET technologies, we were able to find innovative solutions to all these challenges.
We started with a unique design, then moved on to the prototyping and laboratory testing phase. After that, we manufactured an eight-cavity linear mold, so that the buyer was ready to experience an exceptional bottle that would add distinction to their new product.
This was not just a technical task, but a creative journey that embodies our passion for providing integrated solutions that meet the needs of our clients and inspire them.
